Cables Season
As the weather has finally cooled down in my part of the world, I feel drawn to chunky sweaters and long cozy evenings with my projects. I have been working on two cable sweaters for this winter. I always feel the most natural flow when I knit cables. I love their magic - how simple stitch crosses can create such a rich and diverse fabric. I hope to finish writing the patterns for them this week and start the test knitting project which is always exciting and rewarding.
Have a great start to your week!
Back to my idea of basics:
neutrals colors
heavily textured fabric
cozy and warm fibers
oversize fit
The halo created by baby alpaca for the extra coziness
Classic stitches with the touches of texture
